Maximising the potential of your business

I have worked with The Eden Project to develop a new strategic direction for their on-line shop. This involves sourcing a brand new range of products from scratch, launching it and trading it on their website. I have also helped Eden to evaluate the performance of the shop at the visitor attraction and implement strategies to make it trade more profitably.
By providing commercial support to this Cornwall-based farming company, I helped them agree a deal to supply the biggest supermarket in the country. This involved helping the farm to forecast and plan volumes and set cost prices on an extensive range of organic vegetables.

This unique Cornish company wanted to sell their wood-designed products to major high street retailers and fashion houses. I wrote a commercial proposal for them to give to retailers and helped them to structure the financial side of the deal in a way that suited their business model.
I am working with this London-based company to develop from scratch an entire range of children's health and beauty products under the Ladybird brand. This involves everything from range planning to manufacturer selection and on-going brand management.
I provide the buying and merchandise planning for this new internet venture. This involves making all stock purchasing decisions for the range of homeware products and pricing and promoting the ranges to maximise profit.
